“Purtroppo il mio soggiorno non era degli migliori. Ho dovuto cambiare stanza dopo la prima notte (mancava la tenda oscurante, una lampada del comodino non funzionava e polvere sulla testiera del letto) e anche la seconda non era tranquilla (le reti scricchiolavano con ogni movimento). “I had several issues with this property. I do not normally post negative comments but I feel that it is necessary in this case. First, and most importantly, I requested a soft pillow. The existing pillows were rock hard, very heavy, and unusable. I was told that they just ordered these new pillows but did not order anything other than hard ones. Il personale del ricevimento dovrebbe essere più presente all'accoglienza, spesso non vi era nessuno, soprattutto negli orari pomeridiani e prima serata. Colazione migliorabile, soprattutto per ospiti con allergie ed intolleranze. Una dipendente si è prodigata lei stessa per comprare del latte di mandorla, ma dovrebbe essere l'albergo a fornire il tutto.”

“L'hotel è confortevole e gradevole anche architettonicamente, è situato appena fuori dal centro di Rapid City che comunque non offre molto tranne alcuni buoni locali dove mangiare e qualche negozio, il centro è facilmente raggiungibile in 5 minuti di auto. Abbiamo soggiornato due giorni in quattro persone in una stanza sufficientemente ampia e comoda, pulizia della stanza ottima.Colazione e piscina nella norma. “The hotel itself is good. The staff was less than helpful. The pool was closed for maintenance. There was no advance notice and we were not told about it when we checked in. Went out for a day of sightseeing and rushed back to spend some time in the pool. Our first notice was the sign on the pool. There was no other notification. We had very upset kids. “Excellent hotel. Excellent amenities and the staff was great. My only problem was the handicap accessible room was the farthest from the elevator. It was a really long walk for my wife who uses a Walker. Other than that it was terrific.”
